Paris couture fashion week: dates and schedule for the spring 2025 season

Tradition is a big deal in Paris, if you haven’t noticed before. As usual, January brings the biggest brands and fashionistas for a new round of couture fashion shows, part of the Paris Fashion Week calendar over the years.

As soon as menswear is out of the runway, it’s time for labels like Chanel, Dior, Schiaparelli and Giambattista Valli to enter the catwalk with new collections dedicated to their most special clients, and to style afficcionados’ eyes.

Official couture collections, presented twice a year in Paris, comes from both established houses and fresh talent, invites to share the fashion stage in what is considered the capital of style.

Couture houses present full-blown collections exercising its ateliers expertise, brands heritage and creative power of style auteurs like Maria Grazia Chiuri, from Dior, Daniel Roseberry, from Schiaparelli, Elie Saab, Zuhair Murad, and more.

During the spring 2025 season, with shows presented from January 27th to 30th, you can also expect a few surprises, like the debut of designer Kevin Germanier’s brand on the couture schedule. Master of handwork and upcycling, Germanier’s show is set to be a highlight of the season’s calendar (expect a brazilian feature too!).

Also, keep an eye com Valentino, a brand that returns to the couture line up with a brand new collection designed by Alessandro Michelle, Gucci’s former star child and master of the renowned italian house since 2024.

Fresh this season, Ludovic de Saint Servin gets into the haute couture train by taking the reigns at Jean Paul Gaultier, part of the brands now traditional guest collections for each couture fashion week.
